WEB DEVELOPER

Job Title: Web Developer

Job Type: Full time salaried position

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Web Developer to contribute to the vision and creation of amazing interactive Web customer experiences for our large retail clients. You will work closely with front-end creative teams and back-end software engineers. This position requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual who can handle a fast-paced startup environment and react quickly to changing client needs. We are passionate about technology, ecommerce, and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Position Requirements:

3 to 5 years of Web application development/software development experience
Experience developing highly visited and highly scalable sites
Experience building interactive and engaging sites
Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DHTML, AJAX, Adobe (Flash, Flex)
Strong HTML/CSS experience
Familiarity with Java/JSP, Object-Oriented Programming, and jQuery desired
Ability to work in a fast-paced early-stage startup

Education:

BS, Computer Science or equivalent experience

Non-technical Requirements:

Self-starter able to ramp up quickly and work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage time across multiple projects
Ability to manage workflow, priorities, and deadlines
Ability to track and monitor requests from inception to completion
Ability to shift priorities quickly to ensure deadlines are met

SENIOR ENGINEER

Job Description: As a senior engineer you will participate in all aspects of software development for e-commerce applications including definition, design, implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, etc. You will be part of close-knit team of engineers that will work in fast-paced, results oriented environment and will be involved in development, enhancements, and modifications, to existing eCommerce applications. You will contribute to planning and estimation activities as well.
