Marc is one of the founding members of KnowledgePath. He brings over 20 years of high tech sales, marketing and professional services leadership. After joining ATG in early 1998, Marc spent over five years establishing the business innovations and professional services practice. He was responsible for selling and delivering both full-life cycle and discrete solutions for clients such as John Hancock, EMC, Merrill Lynch, JCrew, IHG, Scholastic, TSA and many more. Since that time Marc managed a professional services turnaround, Surebridge Inc., and held senior positions in two internet-based start-ups that were focused on driving new eCommerce and loyalty business models. Prior to ATG, Marc worked for IBM. Marc holds an MBA from Boston College and a BSME degree from Clarkson University.
A founder of KnowledgePath, Andrew brings seasoned experience in JAVA/J2EE application development and ATG’s Dynamo Relationship Management Platform, gleaned from his years as a technical consultant for the Art Technology Group (ATG). Andrew also served as senior IT project lead and architect for Cushman & Wakefield, and as an engineering consultant for Luminant Worldwide where his prominent clients included Pfizer, JVC, M&M Mars and A&E. His areas of technical expertise include IBM Websphere, Oracle, IBM DB/2 and many more. Andrew holds a BA in Computer Science from Colby College.
With more than 20 years of experience in product development and software consulting, Atul has led enterprise projects using a wide range of technologies and helped found KnowledgePath. He spent five years as a consultant and software architect for ATG, where he developed end-to-end systems for prestigious clients such as Sony, Merrill Lynch and Scholastic. Atul has also served as VP of Software Development for State Street Bank, a J2EE web developer for deNovis (a health care start up), and an engineer for Pencom Systems and Sybase, Inc. He holds an MSCS degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a BSEE from MS University of Baroda, India.
A founder of KnowledgePath, Louis is a retail systems veteran with 15 years of experience in store, marketing, contact center, fulfillment and eCommerce systems. Louis was a strategy consultant with Art Technology Group (ATG), a leading eCommerce software vendor headquartered in Cambridge, MA. During his time at ATG, Louis worked on strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 retailers in the areas of multi-channel retailing, online commerce, and best-of-breed contact center and fulfillment systems. Louis also spent nearly a decade at American Eagle Outfitters, holding many leadership positions. His last post at AE was Director of Web Development, in which he led web strategy and development for all American Eagle Brands: ae.com, aerie.com, martinandosa.com and 77kids.com. In 2005, Louis led a team of 30+ consultants and internal technical staff while implementing ATG Commerce, Contact Center and Order Management at American Eagle. Prior to joining American Eagle, Louis worked as a consultant at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). He holds an undergraduate business degree from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Duquesne University. Louis is also a certified PMP and an active member of The Project Management Institute.
Arvind has over ten years of experience in providing eCommerce solutions to Fortune 500 companies, and is one of the founding partners of KnowledgePath Solutions. He has extensive knowledge of technical consulting services, with a primary focus on J2EE (ATG) technologies. During his consulting career, he has helped several prestigious clients including American Eagle, Chico’s, Viking Range, Elsevier, AT&T Wireless, Fannie Mae and National Public Radio. Prior to KnowledgePath, Arvind was the founder of ThoughtSpark Inc, an eCommerce solutions provider. He has a Bachelors Engineering Degree from Osmania University and a Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.
